We’re looking for an ambitious, and intellectually curious university student or recent graduate with a Law, Business, or Engineering background to join us as an intern (paid position). You will get hands on experience working with large companies in the manufacturing sector, and an understanding of the legal, strategic, and practical challenges of implementing AI in the real-world of manufacturing. This is a unique chance to see how technology gets built and deployed at scale.

Task

As part of the role, you will:

• (Law): Assist our Product Counsel with product development.
• (Business): Assist our sales team with researching markets, building business cases, and creating customer materials.
• (Engineering): Work with technical teams on the implementation and refinement of our product.

Junior Sales Manager

Task

As a Junior Sales Manager, you’ll be part of our growing sales team and work
closely with our VP Sales and Marketing team. Your mission: identify and
approach potential customers, help us scale our outreach, and turn leads into
opportunities.

Product Counsel

We are seeking applications from ambitious lawyers looking to turbo-charge their career by joining our team as a Product Counsel. This is a unique opportunity to utilise your legal skillset to help build a product at the forefront of regulatory compliance, translating complex legal and compliance requirements into precise, technical specifications. If you have a passion for technology and a desire to shape the future of legal tech, this role is for you

Task

Key Responsibilities:

• Legal Analysis & Translation: Analyze statutes, regulations, and
  case law (primarily focusing on compliance areas like data privacy,
  financial services, ESG, etc.) and distill them into clear, logical, and
  structured requirements.
• Product Development Partnership: Work directly with our AI/ML engineers, product managers, and designers to define the product features, ensuring they accurately embody the legal rules and logic you have defined.
• Quality Assurance & Testing: Develop and oversee testing protocols to validate that the AI’s outputs and the platform’s functionality are legally sound and accurate.
• Risk Identification: Proactively identify and assess legal and compliance risks associated with the product’s functionality and proposed features.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as the legal-tech subject matter expert, supporting sales, marketing, and customer success teams with deep product knowledge.

Profile

• A legal qualification (J.D., LL.B., or equivalent).
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a law firm, in-house legal department, or a similar legal environment (e.g., government, regulatory body).
• Full professional proficiency in English, with exceptional written and
  verbal communication skills.Preferred Criteria:
• Proficiency in German is a significant plus.
• Proficiency in any other European language is advantageous.

Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Are you a seasoned Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a passion for innovation at the intersection of industrial engineering and artificial intelligence? We are looking for a highly skilled engineer with extensive experience in TypeScript and React to join our team and help shape the future of industrial Compliance.

Task

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer who has extensive experience in TypeScript and React and is curious and/or passionate about building and integrating AI features in an industrial & mechanical engineering setting. You will join our senior engineering team and assist with maintaining the full stack of our AI platform, working directly with RAG pipelines and LLMs to service clients across the world.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Feature Development: Assist with designing, building, and maintaining full-stack features for our AI applications, including React front-end and back-end APIs.
• AI Integration & Pipeline Development: Build and optimize the back-end services that integrate with and power our RAG models, ensuring low-latency and high-accuracy responses.
• Collaborate on AI-Centric UX: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate AI capabilities into intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
• Code Quality & Mentorship: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices in both full-stack and AI-integrated development.
• Agile Development: Thrive in a collaborative, agile environment, contributing to continuous improvement in our processes and technology stack.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React.
• Demonstrable interest or experience in AI/ML applications. This could be personal projects, coursework, or professional experience working with LLMs, vector databases, or building RAG systems.
• Solid understanding of back-end development, RESTful APIs, and client-server architecture.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or similar) for deploying and scaling applications.
• A passion for problem-solving and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.Bonus Qualifications (What Will Make You Stand Out)
  • Hands-on experience with RAG architectures: Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, PGVector), embedding models, and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
  • Experience with Hapi.js or similar Node.js frameworks for building scalable back-end services.
  • DevOps & MLOps familiarity: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
