All packaging must be recyclable by 2030 according to newly defined performance categories. Packaging that does not meet these benchmarks may be restricted.

Mandatory Recycled Content
Plastic packaging must include minimum levels of post-consumer recycled (PCR) content, with targets increasing from 2025 to 2040.
